Reading Time: < 1 minuteCan I list my home or apartment on Breeze?
You can list almost any property on Breeze. From a quick, affordable option to an activity-filled luxury space, you will always find a guest. However, it is best to be as transparent and detailed about what your property can offer, as it helps set expectations for guests
Can I choose when I want to host?
If you don’t want to host perennially, that’s okay too! You can either block out your booking calendar accordingly, temporarily delist from the Breeze app, or write to us and we will manage your profile accordingly.
What should I know before listing my property?
We would highly recommend reading, researching, and understanding all laws pertaining to your property in your city, state, or region. These include taxes, subletting laws, business licensing, zoning rules, special permits, building and housing standards and regulations, administrative codes, and other local laws.
Are there any essential amenities I should provide on my property?
Providing basic items and services will make a massive difference to your guests’ stay and comfort. We would encourage you to offer towels, hand and body soaps, toilet paper, linens, and pillows. Additionally, you can also offer WiFi internet, air conditioning, and power backup.
